There is an additional commission from the express courier company of 6.5% of the order (minimum commission of € 6.50). You must pay the amount of the order in cash to the courier who will deliver it to you. This form of payment is only valid for mainland Spain.

How much will I pay for shipping?

The maximum amount of shipping costs is € 12 for orders less than € 300. From € 300, shipping costs are free for the entire peninsula (except for orders whose weight is greater than 2001 kg). In any case, the amount to be paid will appear when the order is formalized.

How and when will I receive it?

At the time of formalizing the order, the usual delivery time will appear, which is usually 48-72 hours for products in stock and 5 days for other products. The delivery times indicated are informative and based on the average calculated in working days. Occasionally there may be greater delays, in this case the customer may unilaterally withdraw the order, replacing the amounts paid in the order.

Can I return the order?

If the order does not meet your expectations, you have the right to return it within a maximum period of 14 days, but in this case the shipping costs are borne by the customer as established by law.

What if it arrives broken?

All our merchandise travels insured, so if you receive an item in poor condition, you have the right to immediate replacement at no cost. In order to process the claim to the agency, we need you to send us a photograph showing the damage within a maximum period of 24 hours to info@maxport.es.

What is the guarantee of my order?

Any manufacturer, by law, is obliged to give a guarantee of at least 2 years.

What if the order doesn't arrive?

At any time you can check the status of your order from our website. You can also send us an email to info@maxport.es indicating the order number and we will reply to you as soon as possible. You can also call us by phone at 902 109 841.

Guaranteed Minimum Price Policy

At Maxport we are committed to offering the Guaranteed Minimum Price to all our clients. The client has to request the price adjustment before finalizing the order or before making the payment by transfer.

Here are some conditions to benefit from our guaranteed minimum price policy:

· The cheapest product found must be the same as the one purchased: new, in its original packaging, without having been used, and with the official guarantee of the manufacturer in Spain, as we sell them.

· The purchased product must have been purchased under the same form of payment (cash on delivery, card, transfer or PayPal) and in the same conditions. Likewise, the final price (VAT and shipping included) will always be compared.

· Prices found on Auctions website will not be valid.

· Sale times do not fall within this point. In other words, the prices of the products during the sales season cannot be compared with the price prior to the same.

· Outlets and stocks in liquidation are also excluded

· The customer must justify by email the offer of the other store taking into account all these points.
