What started, in 1977, as a small business eventually grew to become one of the largest privately owned and operated international apparel companies in Canada.

The first big break came with the development of a popular gym bag that was sold in department stores across the country.

Although the brand had been created for one of the jacket models (for all weather), it eventually became the company's international trademark. After years of success in Canada, it expands to the US with a distribution center.

In 2008 the 3-in-1 jacket is introduced; A waterproof shell with a removable, ultra-warm insulated inner jacket, for mixing and matching layers according to the weather forecast.
