The Chelsea Evolution membrane jacket combines a lightweight 3-layer Helly Tech® Performance membrane with Cordura® fabric reinforcements to give you freedom of movement and durability. This fully adjustable garment features custom adjustable drawstrings and a hood, while strategically placed ventilation zippers help keep you cool when the temperature rises.
